Cool Maskani started with a simple observation: short-stay accommodation in Kenya — especially in planned cities like Tatu City — was either unmanaged, inconsistent, or overpriced through platforms that add fees without adding value.
We set out to do it properly. Clean, furnished apartments with responsive management. No hidden fees. No empty promises. Just a good stay, handled by people who care.

Our managed apartments are in Tatu City — one of Kenya's fastest-growing planned urban developments, 30 km north of Nairobi on the Northern Bypass.
The estate has 24/7 security, reliable utilities, schools, supermarkets, restaurants, a gym, swimming pool, and outdoor gym — all within walking distance. It's where we live and work, and where our guests stay.
