How we assess your unit before listing it.
We only manage units that meet our standard — not to gatekeep, but because guests expect consistency and we are responsible for the experience. The assessment covers photos, amenities, safety, and identity verification — with an in-person inspection by our team at the end.
We tell you clearly what, if anything, needs to change before we list the unit. Most units pass with minor adjustments and are ready to list within two weeks of first contact.
- Minimum 5 photos — all rooms and exterior
- Amenities checklist — what's there, tested and confirmed
- Safety check — smoke detector, fire extinguisher, secure locks
- Proof of ownership or signed management authority
- In-person condition assessment against our quality standard
Furnishing service
We handle everything. You stay involved as much as you want.
Our furnishing service starts with an initial meeting — budget, style, timeline. From there, we source, purchase, and fit out the apartment. We consult you on significant purchases; for everything else, we handle it.
Some clients prefer to stay involved throughout. Others prefer to be surprised at handover. Both approaches work — we agree which at the start.
Site survey
We visit and measure the space before ordering anything.
Sourcing
We find the right pieces within the agreed budget — locally where possible.
Procurement
We purchase and take delivery. No need for you to coordinate logistics.
Fit-out
Everything placed, assembled, and dressed. Ready for photography and listing.
