Some clients want to be consulted at every step — reviewing options, approving selections, and signing off on each room. Others prefer to share a budget and style brief at the initial meeting, then be surprised at handover.
Both approaches work. We agree which at the start and stick to it. In either case, we consult you on any major purchase — anything above a threshold we agree at the outset.
The process

Our furnishing fee is 17.5% of the total agreed budget — covers everything from the initial survey to the final handover.

Initial meeting
We discuss your vision, budget, style preferences, and timeline. You tell us how involved you want to be.

Site survey
We visit and measure the space before ordering anything. Accurate measurements mean no surprises on delivery.

Sourcing & procurement
We find the right pieces within the agreed budget — locally where possible. We consult you on major purchases.

Fit-out & handover
Everything placed, assembled, and dressed. Ready for photography, listing, or your own use at handover.
What's included

The 17.5% fee covers every part of the furnishing process — there are no additional charges for sourcing, delivery coordination, or assembly. What we agree as the budget is what the furnishing costs. Our fee is calculated on top.
